Reservations can be called in to (561)391-4762 or when out of town (800)330-4762 betweek the hours of 7am and 11pm seven days a week. Reservations must be guaranteed by Major Credit Card. Reservations can also be placed directly on our website at www.A1ALimo.com or you can email us at Dispatch@A1ALimo.com.
We file our reservations based on the home number or our customers.
We prefer 24 hour notice but will honor immediate calls for service to the best of our ability.
We belong to The Nationwide Network of Affiliates which enables us to book reservations for ground transportation in every city in the Country.
We automatically bill a 20% gratuity for all vehicles-additional case gratuities are at the customer’s discretion. We also charge a 6% service charge on every fare, which does not include parking, tolls and Airport fees.
A1A has standardized transfer rates that provide flat rate pricing for travel to and from most major airports and cities. Rates for travel between locations in which point – to point rate does not exist will be billed at the prevailing A1A hourly rate. Customers are billed from the time the vehicle leaves the A1A facility until the time it returns tA1A facility, with a 2 – hour minimum on weekdays and a 3 – hour minimum on weekends.
Waiting Time / Stop Time
For airport pick-ups a 30 minute grace period is given after a posted flight arrival time. There will be a $10 dollar surcharge for all international flight arrivals. There will be additional waiting time charges and parking fees one hour after flight arrival. For non airport pick-ups a 15 minute grace period is allowed. Once either grace period is elapsed we will charge you waiting time accordingly in 15 minute increments.
Cancellations and No Show Fees
Cancellations of any vehicle type within 2 hours of the scheduled pick up time will result in a full charge equal to the base fare price of the trip plus the 20% gratuity and surcharge. If a customer fails to be at the designated pick up location a “No-Show” fee equal to the cost of the trip, gratuity, waiting time and all other out of pocket costs will be charged to the customer. To avoid a “No-Show” fee please call (800)330-4762 if you cannot locate your chauffer so A1A can alert your chauffer of your location, this process must be followed to avoid being charged.
Billing and Accounting
A1A Limousine accepts all major credit cards.
A 20% recommended tip is added on the base fare, if applicable, any stop time, wait time and holiday surcharges must be included. The following additional charges will be itemized on the customer’s billing statement when applicable, two way tolls, airport and regulatory fee, fuel surcharges, cell phone. Applicable surcharges, taxes and other fees will be charged as required. All rates are confirmed at the time of booking.
A1A shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to an act of God, severe weather, road conditions, and breakdowns, war, or hostilities, fire, riot, or civil commotion, flood, or any other natural disaster, delay or destructions caused by public carrier. A1A assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage, personal belongings or any item left inside or outside of the vehicle.
